YOU WANT YOUR PERFORMANCE TO BE EXACTLY LIKE YOU PRACTICED. NO SURPRISES. SO ASIDE FROM CONSTANTLY HAVING TO REFILL YOUR BOTTLES WHAT ARE SOME OF THE DRAW BACKS TO PRACTICING LIVE. HMMM I WONDER. GRANTED THIS MESS ACCUMULATED OVER THE COURSE OF ABOUT 45 MIN TO AN HOUR , SO I CAN’T REALLY BE TOO DISAPPOINTED BUT THIS IS NOT AN UNCOMMON SCENE ON THE FLIPTOPOUR BAR ROOM FLOOR. SO I AM USED TO PICKING UP THE GLASS , I KEEP A BROOM AND A DUST PAN HANDY, BUT MAN WHY OH WHY DID IT HAVE TO BE MY SKYY BOTTLES. CRAP I THINK THAT IS ABOUT 45 DOLLORS ALL SMASHED UP ON THE FLOOR. OH WELL IT’S THE NATURE OF THE BEAST. CAN’T MAKE AN OMELETTE WITH OUT BREAKING SOME GLASS. KEEP FLIPPIN PEOPLE.

I PRIDE MY SELF ON BEING ABLE TO MAKE ANY DRINK THAT ANY CUSTOMER WANTS. I HATE SAYING I DON’T KNOW HOW TO MAKE THAT, BUT I AM ONLY SUPER HUMAN SO EVERY ONCE IN A GREAT WHILE, A CUSTOMER WILL THROW ME A CURVE BALL AND ORDER A DRINK THAT I HAVE EITHER NEVER HEARD OF OR THAT I JUST CAN’T QUITE REMEMBER THE WHOLE RECIPE. UNDER THE REGISTER. I WENT THROUGH ABOUT 7 OTHER BOOKS BEFORE I FOUND THIS ONE. IT HAS NEVER LET ME DOWN, AND IT ALWAYS HAS THE RECIPE. SO IF YOU NEED A BOOK I WOULD GET THIS ONE. IT’S EASY, ITS FAST, AND IT HAS EVERY THING YOU NEED.
